【诗126:5】流泪撒种的，必欢呼收割。【Psalm 126:5】Those who sow with tears will reap with songs of joy.

诗篇126篇描述了以色列人被掳归回故土时的欢呼与喜乐。然而，初期的热情与欢笑，随着重建城墙的艰难，敌人的逼迫和现实的疲惫而消退，Psalm 126 describes the joy and rejoicing of the Israelites when they returned to their homeland from exile. Yet the initial excitement and laughter gradually faded as they faced the difficulties of rebuilding the walls, the opposition of enemies, and the weariness of everyday reality. 就在这充满挑战与灰心的处境中，神赐下了一个充满保证的应许：流泪撒种的，必欢呼收割。It was in this challenging and discouraging situation that God gave them a promise full of assurance: “Those who sow in tears will reap with songs of joy.”

经文特别强调：流泪（在泪水中）撒种，这里的眼泪，不是因环境带来的痛苦出于自怜，而是爱神、爱人所产生真实的负担。The verse especially emphasises “sowing in tears”. These tears are not self-pity caused by difficult circumstances, but a genuine burden that comes from loving God and loving people. 流泪撒种，它伴随着我们放下自己的意思，每一次，当我们感到委屈却选择饶恕，在面对拒绝时选择去爱，在想要放弃时凭信心顺服神。Sowing in tears involves laying down our own will. Each time we feel wronged yet choose to forgive, face rejection yet choose to love, or want to give up yet choose by faith to obey God, we are sowing in tears.

我们天然人总想看到即时成果。有时候，我们忠心服事，却看不到改变；持续祷告，似乎没有回应；付出许多，却感觉没有果效。Our natural selves always want to see immediate results. Sometimes we serve faithfully yet see no change; we keep praying, yet there seems to be no answer; we give so much, yet feel there is no fruit. 经历灰心、冷漠与反对时，心里难免会问：这样坚持真的值得吗？不如干脆放弃算了。When we experience discouragement, indifference, and opposition, it is easy to ask ourselves: Is it really worth carrying on like this? Would it not be easier simply to give up?

但诗人坚定地告诉我们：那带着信心顺服、在艰难中忍耐与忠心撒种的人，在主里的每一份劳苦，信靠、坚持、绝不会徒然，But the psalmist tells us clearly that those who continue to sow faithfully in obedience and faith, enduring hardship with patience and perseverance, will never labour, trust, or persevere in the Lord in vain. 必以极大的喜乐欢呼收割。使徒保罗也经历过这样的流泪撒种，他在加 6:9鼓励我们行善，不可丧志；若不灰心，到了时候就要收成。They will surely reap with great joy. The apostle Paul also experienced this kind of sowing in tears. In Galatians 6:9, he encourages us not to grow weary in doing good, for if we do not give up, we will reap at the proper time.

我们的主耶稣基督也曾哀哭流泪祷告，为了建立神的国度，祂经历过极大的艰难，忍受试探、人的敌对与拒绝，Our Lord Jesus Christ also prayed with cries and tears. In establishing the kingdom of God, He went through immense hardship, enduring temptation, opposition, and rejection.在世上传扬天国的福音、播撒救恩的种子，更是甘愿将自己当作一粒麦子落在地里死了。He proclaimed the gospel of the kingdom on earth and sowed the seed of salvation, and He willingly became like a grain of wheat falling into the ground and dying. 借着祂在十字架上的流血与舍命，才结出了丰盛的生命果实。因着祂的摆上，我们成为神救恩收割的一部分。Through His bloodshed and the giving of His life on the cross, abundant fruit of life was produced. Because of His offering, we have become part of the harvest of God’s salvation.

因此，不要在流泪的时候停止撒种。因为神正在使用这个等待的过程，来塑造我们的生命，更新我们的心思意念。应许是确定的：流泪撒种的，必欢呼收割。So do not stop sowing when you are in tears. God is using this season of waiting to shape our lives and renew our minds. The promise is certain: those who sow in tears will reap with songs of joy.

祷告 | Prayer

天父，感谢祢，借着耶稣基督在十字架上的死与复活，为我们结出了丰盛的救恩果实。Heavenly Father, thank You that through the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ on the cross, You have brought forth the abundant fruit of salvation for us. 求祢赦免我，很多时候我渴望丰收，却不愿意经历流泪撒种的艰难；当我看不到立刻的果效时，我就容易灰心、抱怨，甚至想要顺从肉体放弃。Please forgive me, because so often I long for a harvest but am unwilling to go through the hardship of sowing in tears; when I do not see immediate results, I easily become discouraged, complain, and even want to follow the flesh and give up.

求祢坚固我的信心，使我在低谷与流泪中仍旧仰望祢，在艰难中不放弃，仍然继续用祷告、爱与忍耐，忠心地撒种，深信祢的应许必然成就。因为祢应许的终点不是眼泪，而是那永恒欢呼的收割。奉耶稣的名祷告，阿们。Please strengthen my faith, so that even in the valleys and in tears, I may still look to You; in hardship, may I not give up, but continue faithfully sowing through prayer, love, and patience, firmly believing that Your promise will surely be fulfilled. For the end of Your promise is not tears, but the eternal harvest of rejoicing. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
