【诗 129:2】从我幼年以来，敌人屡次苦害我，却没有胜了我。【Psa129:2】“they have greatly oppressed me from my youth, but they have not gained the victory over me.

这是一句经过苦难之后的得胜宣告。诗人不是站在没有经历争战的环境里说这句话，而是走过漫长的苦难、攻击和压迫之后，回头看自己的生命，仇敌虽然一次次攻击，却始终没有真正胜过他。This is a declaration of victory after suffering. The psalmist does not say these words from a place where he has never faced a battle, but after walking through a long season of suffering, attacks, and oppression. Looking back over his life, he sees that although the enemy attacked him again and again, they never truly overcame him.

“从我幼年以来”，说明这场争战不是短暂的。诗人从很早开始，就经历敌人的苦害；“屡次”更说明攻击反复发生。可是无论多少次，结果始终没有改变“却没有胜了我。”“Since my youth” shows that this battle was not short-lived. From an early age, the psalmist experienced the affliction of his enemies; “many times” further shows that the attacks came repeatedly. Yet no matter how often they came, the outcome remained the same: “yet they have not prevailed against me.”

这也让我们想到主耶稣所走的道路。耶稣从出生起就面对敌对的势力，希律要杀祂，宗教领袖弃绝祂，人用诬告、羞辱、鞭打、十字架攻击祂。This also reminds us of the path the Lord Jesus walked. From His birth, Jesus faced hostile powers. Herod sought to kill Him, the religious leaders rejected Him, and people attacked Him with false accusations, humiliation, flogging, and the cross.十字架从人的眼光看似乎是失败，但复活显明：仇敌能够把基督钉在十字架上，却不能胜过基督；死亡能够暂时拘禁祂，却不能留住祂。From a human point of view, the cross looked like defeat, but the resurrection revealed the truth: the enemy could nail Christ to the cross, but could not overcome Him; death could hold Him for a time, but could not keep Him.

有时候，我们最大的仇敌不一定是外面的人，也可能是里面的惧怕、苦毒、骄傲、控告、灰心和不饶恕。Sometimes our greatest enemies are not necessarily people around us, but the fear, bitterness, pride, accusation, discouragement, and unforgiveness within us.真正的问题不是“别人有没有伤害我”，而是“这些伤害有没有进入我的里面，成为我的主人”。 The real question is not, “Have others hurt me?” but, “Have those hurts entered into me and become my master?” 如果我因为受伤而变得苦毒，因为被误解而不断证明自己，因为受压而失去爱，那么仇敌虽然没有夺走我的环境，却可能正在夺走我的生命。If I become bitter because I have been hurt, keep trying to prove myself because I have been misunderstood, or lose love because I am under pressure, then although the enemy may not have taken away my circumstances, he may be taking away my life.

但若我仍然选择饶恕、顺服、信靠、爱人，继续走神的道路，那么我就是在宣告：你可以苦害我，却不能胜过我，因为我的生命属于基督。But if I still choose to forgive, obey, trust, love others, and keep walking in God’s ways, then I am declaring: you may afflict me, but you cannot overcome me, because my life belongs to Christ.

祷告 | Prayer

主啊，我回头看自己的生命，承认我曾经因受伤而惧怕，因被误解而想证明自己，因受委屈而想为自己伸冤。Lord, as I look back over my life, I confess that I have been afraid because I was hurt, wanted to prove myself because I was misunderstood, and wanted to seek justice for myself because I was wronged.求祢赦免我，让我不再把人的伤害带进我的里面，使苦毒、骄傲、惧怕和不饶恕在我里面掌权。Please forgive me. Do not let me carry the wounds caused by others into my heart and allow bitterness, pride, fear, and unforgiveness to rule within me.求祢使我真正认识十字架的道路：不是求祢让我永远没有争战，而是在每一次争战中都不离开祢。Please help me truly understand the way of the cross: not asking You to keep me forever free from battles, but remaining in You through every battle.

主啊，我愿意效仿诗人不要把注意力永远停留在仇敌做了什么，而要看神在我身上做了什么。使我不要只数算自己受过多少伤，更要数算神怎样一次次保守了我。Lord, I want to follow the psalmist’s example and not keep my attention fixed on what the enemy has done, but look at what God has done in my life. Help me not only count how many times I have been hurt, but even more, count how many times You have preserved me.

那些曾经以为过不去的事情，如今已经成为见证；那些曾经想要毁掉我的经历，反而成为神塑造我生命的地方，使我的生命越来越像基督。The things I once thought I would never get through have now become testimonies; the experiences that once seemed as though they would destroy me have instead become places where God has shaped my life, making me more and more like Christ.主啊，我感谢你，何等恩典，我的口要每天赞美你，活出感恩喜乐的生命荣耀主名。Lord, I thank You. What amazing grace! May my mouth praise You every day, and may I live a life of gratitude and joy that glorifies Your name.
