【诗144:1】（大卫的诗。）耶和华我的磐石是应当称颂的；他教导我的手争战，教导我的指头打仗【Psalm 144:1 NIV】(Of David.) Praise be to the Lord my Rock, who trains my hands for war, my fingers for battle.

大卫在诗篇144一上来就用信心宣告，神是他得胜的磐石，是应当称颂的。大卫的一生就是属灵争战的一生，大卫自年少被撒母耳膏立做王，到正式登基做王，大约等候了15年左右。Right at the beginning of Psalm 144, David declares in faith that God is his Rock of victory and is worthy of praise. David’s whole life was marked by spiritual warfare. From the time he was anointed by Samuel as king while still young until he finally took the throne, David waited for about fifteen years. 这期间经历了扫罗王的嫉妒追杀，大卫躲避旷野，在隐基底的洞穴里，大卫本可以亲手杀死扫罗，但他深知这一切都是出于神， 他断不会伸手加害耶和华的受膏者，乃是祷告等候神救拔他。During those years, he faced King Saul’s jealousy and relentless pursuit and had to hide in the wilderness. In the cave at En Gedi, David had the opportunity to kill Saul with his own hands, but he knew deeply that all these things were under God’s sovereignty. He would never raise his hand against the LORD’s anointed; instead, he prayed and waited for God to deliver him. 大卫深知属灵的争战不是依靠车马、精兵，乃是倚靠全能神的大能膀臂。David knew that spiritual warfare does not depend on chariots, horses, or powerful soldiers, but on the mighty arm of Almighty God. 因他在高天鉴察人的肺腑心肠，看有没有诚实伏在祂的话语里，专心寻求祂的谦卑人，神的膀臂必要向这样的人显现。From heaven, He searches people’s hearts and innermost thoughts, looking for those who honestly submit to His Word and humbly seek Him with all their hearts. God’s mighty arm will surely be revealed to such people.

在出埃及记中，摩西何时举手，以色列人就得胜；何时垂手，亚玛力人就得胜。In Exodus, whenever Moses held up his hands, the Israelites were winning; whenever he lowered his hands, the Amalekites were winning. 预表的就是站在山上、属天的地位上靠着圣灵举手祷告，求神的旨意成就，属灵得胜，This points to standing on the mountain—in a heavenly position—and, by the Holy Spirit, lifting our hands in prayer, asking for God’s will to be done and for spiritual victory. 那预表肉体的亚玛力人就削弱，但当何时不祷告，那肉体就要起来胜过我们。Then the Amalekites, representing the flesh, are weakened; but whenever we stop praying, the flesh rises up and gains the upper hand over us.

慈爱的阿爸父，请你赦免孩子轻忽你话语的真实，常常用属地的标准要求圣洁的神要为我成就什么，信从了虚无，拜了偶像还不自知，没有附上代价与肉体去争战，等候神释放的时刻来到！Loving Abba Father, please forgive Your child for taking the truth of Your Word lightly, and for so often using earthly standards to demand what the holy God should do for me. I have trusted in worthless things and worshipped idols without even realising it. I have not been willing to pay the price to fight against the flesh and wait for the time of God’s deliverance! 基督徒的一生是争战的一生，若不流血付上代价，属灵的生命断不会成长，而你却将你自己宝贵圣灵赐给我们，要叫我们建造生命。The Christian life is a life of warfare. If we are unwilling to shed blood and pay the price, our spiritual life will never grow; yet You have given us Your own precious Holy Spirit so that our lives may be built up. 感谢你再次用你的话语苏醒我的灵魂，教导我争战不可懈怠，当要举起圣洁的手，挺直发酸的腿，靠着圣灵多方祷告，等候神释放，等候神自己的显现，歇了肉体的工，神自己要成就你荣耀的旨意！Thank You for once again reviving my soul through Your Word and teaching me not to grow weary in the battle. I must lift up holy hands, strengthen my feeble knees, pray on all occasions in the Holy Spirit, wait for God’s deliverance, and wait for God Himself to be revealed. When the works of the flesh cease, God Himself will accomplish Your glorious will!
