【诗 56:9】我呼求的日子，我的仇敌都要转身退后。神帮助我，这是我所知道的。【Psa 56:9】Then my enemies will turn back when I call for help. By this I will know that God is for me.

大卫一生都在争战。他的秘诀不在于发展军事实力，也不在于投靠势力，而在于他的生活和呼吸就是“呼求”。David lived his whole life in spiritual battle. His strength did not come from military power or political alliances, but from the fact that his whole life was built around crying out to God.他有一个确据：只要呼求，仇敌就必转身退后。.He carried a deep confidence: whenever he called on the Lord, his enemies would retreat.  这种“知道”不是书本上的理论，而是他在无数次死里逃生、战胜强敌后，与神建立的生死确据。This was not just head knowledge or religious theory, but something proven through countless moments where God rescued him from danger and gave him victory over strong enemies.

主啊，赦免我。我常逃避难受的环境，因此我不像大卫那样恒切祷告，也就无法经历祢的帮助，更没有与祢建立生死之交。Lord, forgive me. I often avoid difficult and uncomfortable situations, and because of that I do not pray persistently like David did. As a result, I do not experience Your help deeply, and I have not developed that close, life-and-death trust in You.大卫的仇敌是外在的非利士人，我的仇敌就在我里面：骄傲、仇恨、淫乱、不饶恕、嫉妒……这些罪一生围绕我，我却看不见，甚至还想逃避。David’s enemies were external enemies like the Philistines, but my enemies are inside me: pride, hatred, lust, unforgiveness, jealousy, and more. These sins surround me throughout my life, yet I often fail to recognise them, and sometimes I even try to avoid facing them. 

主啊，求祢开我的心眼，让我看见这些仇敌，并给我一颗争战到底的心。Lord, please open the eyes of my heart so that I can clearly see these enemies, and give me the determination to fight through to victory.我信祢的话：我呼求的日子，这些仇敌就要转身退后！ 我不再逃避，我要穿戴全副军装，呼求祢的帮助。求祢赐给我“不将仇敌灭尽，总不归回”的心志。I believe Your word: when I call on You, these enemies will turn back and retreat. I no longer want to run away. I want to put on the full armour of God and call on Your help. Give me the resolve not to stop until these enemies are overcome.我要经历大卫的神，也是我的神——那位亲自为我争战、推倒仇敌的神。I want to experience that the God of David is also my God—the God who personally fights for me and defeats my enemies.

主啊，我愿意悔改。我不要求安逸，求祢加给我操练的环境，让我学会呼求，学会依靠。Lord, I am willing to repent. I no longer ask only for comfort and ease. Instead, allow circumstances that train me to depend on You and teach me how to cry out to You.求祢将那争战的心志赐给我。当我被里面的骄傲、嫉妒和不饶恕缠绕时，让我立刻呼求祢。Give me a heart ready for spiritual battle. When pride, jealousy, or unforgiveness begin to rise within me, help me immediately turn to You in prayer.我相信，只要我呼求，那些盘踞在我里面的黑暗权势就要转身退后！I believe that whenever I cry out to You, the powers of darkness trying to take hold within me must retreat.

主啊，我要经历祢的真实。让我每一个赞美都来自真实的战地经历。Lord, I want to experience You in a real and personal way. Let every praise that comes from my mouth flow out of genuine experiences of Your deliverance.求祢的手引领我，让我在每一次呼求中，都亲眼看见祢的拯救。Lead me by Your hand, so that every time I call upon You, I may personally witness Your salvation.大卫的神，就是我的神！祢的名本为美好，祢的帮助是我确实知道的。The God of David is my God as well. Your name is truly beautiful, and Your help is something I know to be real.
