【诗 56:4】我倚靠神，我要赞美他的话；我倚靠神，必不惧怕。血气之辈能把我怎么样呢？【Psalm 56:4】In God, whose word I praise— in God I trust and am not afraid. What can mere mortals do to me?

诗篇56和34是姊妹篇，同一历史事件，大卫人生最危险、最卑微的时刻之一。为了躲避扫罗，他逃到敌国迦特（大卫曾打败巨人歌利亚的家乡）。Psalms 56 and 34 are closely connected, both written out of the same event—one of the most dangerous and humbling moments in David’s life. While fleeing from Saul, David escaped to Gath, the hometown of Goliath, the giant he had once defeated. 被认出并捉拿，性命危在旦夕。为了保命，这位昔日荣耀的勇士，竟然要在仇敌的城门上胡写乱画，流下唾沫假装疯癫。外表上他极度屈辱，但在内心深处，他正经历一场信心的考试。There he was recognised and captured, and his life was hanging in the balance. To survive, this once-great warrior pretended to be insane, scribbling on the city gates and letting saliva run down his beard. Outwardly, it was deeply humiliating, yet inwardly David was going through a powerful test of faith.

在诗篇56里，最令人难忘的是，大卫坦诚自己的恐惧，但他再一次以信心做出行动：倚靠神，赞美神的话。 以赞美击退了心中的惧怕，使他的灵提升。What stands out in Psalm 56 is that David honestly admits his fear, but then responds in faith—he chooses to trust God and praise His word. Through praise, fear loses its grip on him and his spirit is lifted. 他想起了神的应许(神的话)——撒母耳曾膏他为王。大卫明白，如果至高的神与他同在，那些受造的“血气之辈”，无论是扫罗还是非利士人，最终都无法真正伤害他。他把对人的恐惧，转化为对神的信靠，宣告说：“人能把我怎么样？” He remembers God’s promise—that Samuel had anointed him to be king. David understands that if the Most High God is with him, then these “mere mortals,” whether Saul or the Philistines, cannot ultimately destroy him. He turns fear of people into trust in God and declares: “What can man do to me?”

大卫不是属灵超人，他和我们一样会恐惧。但他不让惧怕辖制自己，而是用赞美、祷告，信靠神，让神的力量进到他心里。David was not some kind of spiritual superhero. He experienced fear just like we do. But he did not allow fear to control him. Instead, through praise, prayer, and trust in God, he allowed God’s strength to fill his heart. 当恐惧来袭，我们不需要不停地对自己说“不要怕”，而是要像大卫一样，将恐惧化为信靠的祷告。大卫在旧约里，活出了“因信称义”的典范：只要人怀着痛悔的心寻求神，把重担卸给祂，祂必不叫义人动摇。When fear comes, we do not need to keep repeating to ourselves, “Don’t be afraid.” Instead, like David, we can turn our fear into prayers of trust. In the Old Testament, David became an example of living by faith: whoever comes to God with a repentant heart and lays their burdens before Him will not be shaken.

主啊，感谢祢，大卫对惧怕的回应是我的榜样。当仇敌来袭、我感到恐惧时，让我不是在恐惧中打颤，而是像大卫一样，将恐惧转为信靠。Lord, thank You that David’s response to fear is an example for me. When enemies rise up and fear fills my heart, help me not to shake with fear, but to turn my fear into trust, just as David did. 主啊，我内心渴望确定性，希望每一个细节都被提前规划好。但当祢邀请我们踏入水面、离开熟悉之地，学习真正的信靠时，求祢提醒我，赞美祢的话，倚靠祢的大能大力，让我不因恐惧而逃避，不确定而软弱。Lord, deep within me I long for certainty. I want every detail of life to be planned and secure. But when You call us to step out onto the water, leave familiar places, and learn true trust, remind me to praise Your word and rely on Your mighty power, so that I will not run away because of fear or grow weak because of uncertainty.

求祢带我进入更深的信心，在每一个试炼和难题中仰望祢。当恐惧试图抓住我时，求祢提醒我，记念祢的慈爱和信实。Lead me into deeper faith, so that in every trial and challenge I may keep my eyes fixed on You. When fear tries to take hold of me, remind me of Your love and faithfulness. 让我明白自己并非孤身一人，让我用信心的眼光看见祢，信祢就在我身边，听见祢用经文对我说：“定睛我，倚靠我，不要惧怕。” Help me remember that I am not alone. Let me see You with eyes of faith, knowing that You are beside me, speaking through Your Word: “Fix your eyes on Me, trust in Me, do not be afraid.” 主啊，我愿投靠祢，信祢的话，经历祢释放的大能，让我从一生因怕死，而成为奴仆的恐惧中，真正走出来，得着祢属天的自由。Lord, I choose to take refuge in You, trust Your word, and experience the power of Your deliverance, so that I may truly be set free from the lifelong slavery of the fear of death and enter into the heavenly freedom You have given.
