【诗 46:10】你们要休息，要知道我是神！我必在外邦中被尊崇，在遍地上也被尊崇。【Psalm 46:10】He says, “Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth.”

这是神亲自向祂的子民发出的一个命令，也是信心的指南。在当时亚述大军兵临城下、仇敌疯狂叫嚣谩骂的绝境中，这句宣告有着震慑灵魂的力量。This is a command spoken directly by God to His people, and also a guide for living by faith. At the time, the Assyrian army had surrounded the city, and the enemy was shouting threats and insults. In that desperate situation, these words carried tremendous power.

在原文中，“休息”的含义是：“停止挣扎、放下自我掌控、松开紧抓的手，让神来接管。” In the original meaning, “be still” means to stop striving, let go of self-control, loosen the grip of our own efforts, and allow God to take over. 这不是被动消极的无所作为，而是一种极度主动的选择——在风暴中，心坚定地选择依靠神。而这里的“知道”，则意味着通过真实的经历去察觉、去深知神的主权。This is not passive resignation, but a deeply intentional choice—to trust God in the middle of the storm. And the word “know” means to personally experience and deeply recognise God’s sovereignty.

可当危机来袭、麻烦不断、四面楚歌的时候，我的内心常被恐惧占据。在绝境中，耳边不停有声音说：“你完蛋了，你撑不下去了。” Yet when crises come, problems multiply, and pressure closes in from every side, my heart is often filled with fear. In desperate situations, there are voices constantly saying, “You are finished; you will not make it.” 这时，肉体总想做点什么来自救，陷入掌控的冲动。我用尽聪明和经验，想尽一切办法，最后不仅事情没有解决，反而越弄越糟糕，心中充满了劳苦叹息与愤恨。At those times, the flesh wants to take control and save itself. I rely on my own wisdom and experience, trying every possible solution, only to make things worse, leaving my heart full of exhaustion, frustration, and bitterness.

主啊！你却在这个时刻邀请我放手。 你对我的心轻声说：“你要休息，要知道我是神。” Lord, yet in that very moment, You invite me to let go. You gently speak to my heart: “Be still, and know that I am God.” “我是神”这三个字，带着震撼的威严与安定。无论我正面临怎样如山大的难题，你都在对我宣告：“我是神，没有任何问题能大过我。”These words, “I am God,” carry both authority and peace. No matter how overwhelming the situation seems, You are declaring: “I am God, and nothing is greater than Me.”

诗人邀请我们回望历史，细数神大能的作为（诗46:8）。当年希西家面对亚述18万5千大军，在人看来毫无出路，神一发声，敌人便像糠秕，被风吹散。The psalmist invites us to look back and remember God’s mighty works (Psalm 46:8). When Hezekiah faced the 185,000 Assyrian soldiers, there seemed to be no hope from a human perspective. Yet when God spoke, the enemy was scattered like chaff in the wind. 同样，当以利亚面对450个假先知和背后强大的耶洗别黑暗权势，一个简短的祷告，神便降下烈火。神可以发声、止息刀兵、折弓断枪，可以让黑暗权势烟消云散。In the same way, when Elijah stood against the 450 false prophets and the dark spiritual powers behind Jezebel, one simple prayer brought down fire from heaven. God can speak, stop wars, break bows, shatter spears, and cause the powers of darkness to disappear.

主，你始终走在我前面，为我争战。你是希西家的神，也是我的神。感谢你乐意在我们的生活中，借着各种困难，训练我们在你里面安息。Lord, You always go before me and fight for me. You are the God of Hezekiah, and You are also my God. Thank You for using the difficulties in our lives to teach us how to rest in You. 求你教导我，像你教导希西家王那样，来到你施恩宝座前，寻求你，停下自己的筹算，止住慌乱的心跳，让你成为我生命的磐石，随时的帮助。Teach me, just as You taught King Hezekiah, to come before Your throne of grace, to seek You, to stop my own striving, to quiet my anxious heart, and to let You become the Rock of my life and my ever-present help.

真知道在这个变幻莫测的世界里，财务、事业、人脉都可能在一夜之间崩塌，唯有你是我永远坚固的保障。Help me truly understand that in this uncertain world, finances, careers, and relationships can collapse overnight, but You alone are my secure and lasting foundation. 求你让“你是神，你掌权”的真理，不只停留在头脑，而是深植于心。无论是面对平凡琐碎的日常，还是下一个风浪到来时，求你让我不被眼见的事物轰炸，而是因仰望你而得享安息。Let the truth that “You are God, and You reign” move beyond my thoughts and become deeply rooted in my heart. Whether in ordinary daily life or in the next storm that comes, keep me from being overwhelmed by what I see, and teach me to find rest by fixing my eyes on You. 愿你教导我，训练我，愿你在我的生命、家庭和教会中，被尊崇为大！借着你子民将你的名传扬遍地，直到地极。Teach me and train me. May You be exalted in my life, my family, and my church. Through Your people, may Your name be proclaimed throughout the earth, even to the ends of the world.
