【诗100:3】你们当晓得耶和华是神。我们是他造的，也是属他的；我们是他的民，也是他草场的羊。【Psa 100:3】Know that the Lord is God. It is He who made us, and we are His; we are His people, the sheep of His pasture.

诗篇100是一首简短却充满力量的感恩赞美诗。在这节经文中，诗人为我们的感恩提供了最坚实的依据：清楚地宣告神是谁，以及我们与祂的关系。Psalm 100 is a short but powerful psalm of thanksgiving and praise. In this verse, the psalmist gives us the strongest foundation for gratitude: a clear declaration of who God is and of our relationship with Him.

你们当晓得，这不仅是头脑中的知识，而是一种在生命经历中而得的切身确知。我们敬拜神，不是为了交换利益，而是基于一种关系——祂是我们的创造主与牧者。Know is not simply about having knowledge in our minds, but about having a personal certainty gained through life experience. We worship God not to receive something in return, but because of our relationship with Him—He is our Creator and Shepherd.我们是为着祂的荣耀而被造，天父更借着独生子耶稣的重价救赎，确立了我们属乎祂的地位。耶稣宣告说：我是好牧人；好牧人为羊舍命。We were created for His glory, and through the costly redemption accomplished by His one and only Son, Jesus, our heavenly Father has firmly established that we belong to Him. Jesus declared, I am the good shepherd.  The good shepherd lays down His life for the sheep.

我们的生命常常因为外在环境而动摇，因为我们忘记了自己的身份，但当我们知道祂日夜不停地引导、保护和看顾我们时，内心就有了不可动摇的确据——祂一定会负责到底。Our lives are often shaken by what is happening around us because we forget who we are,But when we know that He continually guides, protects, and watches over us day and night, an unshakable assurance grows within us—He will surely care for us faithfully to the end.这位好牧人认识祂的每一只羊，不单单是改变外在的环境，祂更在我们生命的最深处动工，塑造我们的品格。This good Shepherd knows every one of His sheep. He not only changes our outward circumstances, but also works in the deepest parts of our lives, shaping our character.

正因为我们是属祂的，无论遭遇什么，我们都有充足的理由献上感恩。我们能训练自己，即使在最艰难的时刻，依然选择去敬拜祂。Because we belong to Him, no matter what we face, we have every reason to give thanks. We can train ourselves to choose to worship Him even in the hardest moments.

天父，感谢祢创造了我，更谢谢祢在万民中拣选了我，让我成为属于祢的人、祢草场上的羊。求祢赐给我一颗感恩的心，来回应祢每天倾倒在我生命中的无尽恩典。Heavenly Father, thank You for creating me, and even more, thank You for choosing me from among all peoples and making me one who belongs to You, a sheep of Your pasture. Please give me a thankful heart to respond to the endless grace You pour into my life each day.让我每天清晨，用祢的话锚定自己的身份。愿我的安全感扎根于“我是属你的”，愿我的满足感来源于“你是我的牧者”。愿这份关系驱动我爱祢、顺服祢、敬拜祢。Let me anchor my identity in Your Word every morning. May my sense of security be rooted in “I belong to You,” and may my contentment come from “You are my Shepherd.” May this relationship lead me to love You, obey You, and worship You.
