【诗119:9】少年人用什么洁净他的行为呢？是要遵行你的话。【Psa119:9】How can a young man keep his way pure? By living according to Your word.

诗篇119篇提出了一个非常实际的问题：如何操练成为洁净的人？在这个充满诱惑、妥协、虚假信息以及许多把我们拉向不同方向的声音的世界里，我们如何才能过洁净的生活？Psalm 119 asks a very practical question: How can we live a pure life in a world filled with temptation, compromise, fake news, and many voices pulling us in different directions? 答案简单却极其有力：“是要遵行你的话。” The answer is simple but powerful: “By living according to Your word.”

洁净不仅仅是避免性犯罪。Purity is more than avoiding sexual sin.它是关于拥有一颗洁净、坦诚且蒙神喜悦的心和生活，包括我们的思想、动机、人际关系、言语和决定。It is about having a heart and life that are clean, sincere, and pleasing to God—our thoughts, motives, relationships, words, and choices. 耶稣没有随从世界的教导去得胜过诱惑，而是因遵行神的话语。Jesus did not overcome temptation by following what He heard from the world, but by standing firmly on the Word of God.经文并没有说“通过了解神的话”。It does not say, “by knowing Your word.”而“是要遵行你的话”。It says, “by living according to Your word.”

我们可以读圣经、研究圣经、甚至讲圣经，却仍然照着自己的感觉、怒气或论断，或随着己欲、自己所想的，自己认为对的去生活。We can read the Bible, study it, and even teach it, yet still live according to our feelings, our anger or judgment, or according to our own desires, what we want, and what we think is right. 但是，当我们把神的话当成是一面镜子，让它来揭示我们内心真实的状况。But when we allow God’s Word to be like a mirror, it reveals what is really in our hearts. 并让它光照并纠正我们的动机，改变我们的思想观念和人生方向，使我们的生活与基督的脚踪一致。It challenges and corrects our motives, changes our thinking and direction, and brings our lives into alignment with Christ.

这样，我们就不仅仅头脑知道神的话，而是选择顺服遵行祂的话：在想要去恨时选择去爱，在受到伤害时选择饶恕，在给不出去时选择给予，在想被人伺候时选择去服侍。Then, instead of simply knowing what God says, we choose to obey His Word, to love when we want to hate, forgive when we have been hurt, give when we want to hold back, and serve when we would rather be served. 这就是遵行祂话语的真谛。This is what it means to live according to His Word.

耶稣曾祷告说：“求你用真理使他们成圣；你的道就是真理。”（约翰福音 17:17）。Jesus prayed, “Sanctify them by the truth; Your word is truth” (John 17:17). 圣灵借着圣经的真理来显明我们里面的错误思想、更新我们的心意，并引导我们进入圣洁。The Holy Spirit uses the truth of Scripture to expose what is wrong, renew our minds, and lead us into holiness.

祷告 | Prayer

主啊，感谢祢赐给我祢的话语来引导我的人生。Lord, thank You for giving me Your Word to guide my life.

在这个充满许多会导致玷污和毁灭之声的世界里，求祢帮助我将祢的话语存记在心，并遵行它。In a world filled with many voices that can lead to defilement and destruction, help me to keep Your Word in my heart and live according to it. 我怎样才能洁净我的道路呢？不是照着世界的教导去过人生，也不是单凭随从自己的感觉和欲望，而是靠着遵行祢的话语。For how can I keep my way pure? Not by living according to what the world says, or simply following my feelings and desires, but by living according to Your Word.

当我的动机、欲望和思想与祢的话语发生冲突时，圣灵啊，求祢帮助我不去为自己辩解，也不随从自己的道路。When my motives, desires, and thoughts conflict with Your Word, Holy Spirit, help me not to justify myself or follow my own way. 赐给我一颗谦卑的心去接受祢的纠正，降服我的意念，并选择顺服祢的话。Give me a humble heart to receive Your correction, surrender my will, and choose obedience to Your Word. 愿祢的话语洁净我的心，更新我的心思意念，引导我的脚步，使我的生命纯洁并蒙祢喜悦。 Let Your Word cleanse my heart, renew my mind, and guide my steps, so that my life may be pure and pleasing to You.
