【诗120:1-2】（上行之诗。）我在急难中求告耶和华，他就应允我。耶和华啊，求你救我脱离说谎的嘴唇和诡诈的舌头。【Psalm 120:1-2】A song of ascents. I call on the LORD in my distress, and he answers me. Save me, LORD, from lying lips and from deceitful tongues.

诗篇120篇是“上行之诗”的第一篇。诗人的上行，不是从环境顺利开始，而是从急难开始。诗人面对急难、痛苦、委屈和压力，他没有让这些情绪成为自己的主人。Psalm 120 is the first of the “Songs of Ascents”. The psalmist’s journey upward does not begin when everything is going smoothly, but in the middle of distress. Faced with trouble, pain, injustice, and pressure, he does not allow these emotions to become his master. 反而选择“我在急难中求告耶和华。”这是诗人在急难面前信心的宣告。环境越紧迫，他越知道自己要往哪里去；事情越无法掌控，他越知道谁仍然掌权。Instead, he chooses to say, “In my distress I called to the Lord.” This is his declaration of faith in the face of distress. The more urgent the circumstances become, the more clearly he knows where to turn; the more things move beyond his control, the more clearly he knows who is still in control.

急难最容易把人带进慌乱、自我保护、抱怨、争辩，甚至想靠自己的能力扭转局面；诗人说：“他就应允我。”Distress can easily lead us into panic, self-protection, complaining, arguing, and even trying to turn the situation around in our own strength; yet the psalmist says, “He answered me.” 这不是说神每一次都按照我的时间、我的方式改变环境，而是相信神听见了我的呼求。This does not mean that God changes our circumstances every time according to my timing or my way, but that I trust He has heard my cry.神的应允，有时是改变环境，有时是为我们开道路，有时是托住我们经过患难；但无论外在怎样，神都没有离开。Sometimes God answers by changing the circumstances, sometimes by making a way for us, and sometimes by sustaining us through suffering; but whatever happens outwardly, God has not left us. 真正的信心不是要求神照我的意思做，而是在不能掌控结果的时候，仍然把自己交在神手中。True faith is not demanding that God act according to my will, but continuing to place myself in His hands when I cannot control the outcome.

当别人用舌头攻击我们时，我们自己的舌头会怎样回应？雅各说：“若有人在话语上没有过失，他就是完全人，也能勒住自己的全身。”When others attack us with their words, how will our own tongue respond? James says, “Anyone who is never at fault in what they say is perfect, able to keep their whole body in check.” 我们的口舌，常常显明我们的属灵生命到了什么地步。真正的属灵，不只是会说属灵的话，而是在被冒犯、被误解、被攻击的时候，仍然能够让圣灵管理自己的舌头。Our words often reveal the condition of our spiritual life. True spirituality is not simply being able to say spiritual things, but allowing the Holy Spirit to govern our tongue when we are offended, misunderstood, or attacked. 因为“心里所充满的，口里就说出来”。口舌的问题，最终是心的问题。For “the mouth speaks what the heart is full of”. The problem of the tongue is ultimately a problem of the heart.

主耶稣就是这条道路最完全的彰显。祂被诬告、被羞辱、被弃绝，被钉在十字架上，从头到脚满是伤痕，但祂没有用诡诈回应诡诈。The Lord Jesus is the perfect expression of this way. He was falsely accused, humiliated, rejected, and crucified, His whole body covered with wounds, yet He did not answer deceit with deceit. 祂被骂不还口，受害不说威吓的话，只将自己交托给那按公义审判人的主，这是十字架得胜的生命。When He was insulted, He did not retaliate; when He suffered, He made no threats, but entrusted Himself to the One who judges justly. This is the victorious life of the cross. 真正的得胜，不是每一次都把别人说服，而是在别人不义的时候，我仍然选择活在神的义里；别人用舌头攻击我，我却不让我的舌头成为伤人的器皿。True victory is not persuading others every time, but continuing to live in God’s righteousness when others act unjustly; when others attack me with their words, I do not allow my own tongue to become an instrument that wounds others.

祷告| Prayer

阿爸天父，求你帮助我在急难中，不是去转向为自己自辩自证，而是转向内心急迫求告你。Abba Father, please help me in times of distress not to turn to defending and vindicating myself, but to turn inwardly to You and cry out to You with urgency. 宝贵圣灵，求你更深开启我，让我对每句话语后面的动机敏锐，明白晓得是否有罪的意念产生，靠着祷告治死出于私欲的话语出口，交给神来掌权。Precious Holy Spirit, please give me deeper revelation and make me sensitive to the motives behind every word I speak, so that I may recognise when sinful thoughts are arising within me. Through prayer, help me put to death words that come from selfish desires before they leave my mouth, and surrender my speech to God’s rule. 求主用嚼环套在我的嘴上，使我口里说造就人的好话而不是拆毁关系的私话。Lord, please put a bit and bridle on my mouth, so that I may speak words that build others up rather than self-serving words that damage relationships.

主啊，求祢带我走“上行”的道路。每一次急难，都让我更深倚靠祢；每一次想为自己争辩时，都让我想起十字架。Lord, please lead me along the road of “ascent”. May every time of distress lead me into deeper dependence on You; whenever I want to argue for myself, remind me of the cross. 愿我的生命越来越不需要人的肯定，只求祢的喜悦；越来越不为自己活，只愿基督在我里面活。May my life depend less and less on people’s approval and seek only Your pleasure; may I live less and less for myself, and may Christ live in me.
