【诗71:5-6】主耶和华啊，你是我所盼望的，从我年幼，你是我所倚靠的。我从出母胎被你扶持，使我出母腹的是你。我必常常赞美你！【Psalm 71:5-6】 "For you have been my hope, Sovereign Lord, my confidence since my youth. From birth I have relied on you; you brought me forth from my mother's womb. I will ever praise you."

诗篇71是一位争战一生的，属灵老兵的感恩赞歌。愿这诗篇也成为我们的镜子。Psalm 71 is a song of thanksgiving from a spiritual veteran who has fought battles throughout their entire life. May this psalm also become a mirror for us.

主耶和华啊，我感谢祢！我不也一样吗？从我尚未出生，还在母腹中的时候，祢的眼目就已经看顾我。我能够平安出生并活到如今，完全是祢一手扶持与托住。我的生命不是偶然，不是意外，而是祢精心奇妙的计划！O Lord my God, I give You thanks. Am I not the same? From the time I was yet unborn, while still in my mother’s womb, Your eyes were upon me. The fact that I was born safely and have lived to this day is wholly by Your hand—You have upheld and sustained me. My life is not by chance or accident, but the work of Your wondrous and sovereign purpose.

主啊，赦免我的小信与恐慌！每当面对年龄一天天衰老，无法再像从前那样精力充沛、做出贡献时，仇敌就用冷嘲热讽攻击我，让我觉得自己被遗忘、无用、是“多余的”或“没有价值的”。O Lord, forgive my unbelief and my anxious fears. Whenever I am faced with the passing of years, when I can no longer serve with the strength and energy I once had, the enemy whispers lies against me—telling me I am forgotten, useless, or of no value.

今天祢的话语彻底击碎了谎言：使我出母腹的是祢！ 我的价值绝不随着体力的衰退而减少，我被接纳与被爱，不是因为我能为祢做什么，而是因为祢的拣选。祢是我年幼时的倚靠，也是我现今、更是我年老发白时倚靠的磐石！But today Your Word shatters those lies: You are the One who brought me forth from my mother’s womb. My worth does not diminish with the fading of my strength. I am accepted and loved, not because of what I can do for You, but because of Your choosing grace. You have been my hope from my youth, and You remain my rock even in old age and grey hairs.

主啊，求圣灵将祢从过去到现在，在我生命中所做的每一件奇妙大事，深深地、像烙印一样印刻在我的心里。我这一生无数次的高山低谷，不都是祢一路把我背负过来了。O Lord, by Your Holy Spirit, engrave deeply upon my heart every mighty work You have done in my life—from the past until now. Through many highs and lows, You have carried me all the way. 既然祢从母腹中就扶持我，祢就绝不会在今天的困境中对我撒手不管！ 无论我年轻还是年老，健壮还是病痛，就是天地都废去，祢的信实和慈爱都永不改变。唯有祢是我唯一的盼望！Since You have upheld me from my mother’s womb, You will not abandon me in my present trials. Whether young or old, strong or weak, in life or in death, when heaven and earth pass away, Your faithfulness and steadfast love remain unchanging. You alone are my hope.

求祢再次触动并复兴我的内心。即使我的外体一天一天衰残，我里面的人却要靠祢日日更新！Revive my heart once again, I pray. Though my outward self is wasting away day by day, my inward life is being renewed daily in You. 我要把我的余生再次彻底奉献、委身给祢，天天亲近祢，赞美祢，成为活在祢殿中的青橄榄树。不光用口，更用我的生命，活出越老越有祢荣耀的见证，我必以最醇厚的生命馨香，常常赞美祢！ I offer the remainder of my life anew to You—fully consecrated and devoted—seeking You each day, praising You, becoming like a green olive tree planted in Your house. Not only with my lips, but with my whole life, let me bear witness to Your glory as I grow older. Let my life become a sweet fragrance of praise unto You, now and always.
