【诗 43:4】我就走到神的祭坛，到我最喜乐的神那里。神啊，我的神！我要弹琴称赞你！【Psa 43:4】Then I will go to the altar of God, to God, my joy and my delight. I will praise you with the lyre, O God, my God.

这段话蕴含着一种极其震撼的属灵跨越：首先，是从“避难所”向“祭坛”的跨越。 人在遭难时，本能是寻找“避难所”，求神救我脱离苦难。These words reveal a powerful spiritual shift: first, a move from seeking a “refuge” to going to the “altar.” When people go through hardship, the natural response is to look for a refuge and ask God to take away the difficulty.但诗人此时的渴望更高一层：他选择转向神自己，要“走到神的祭坛”。祭坛是献祭的地方，是舍弃自我、与神和好的地方。But the psalmist reaches a deeper place—he chooses to turn to God Himself and to “go to the altar of God.” The altar is where sacrifice happens, where the self is laid down and relationship with God is restored.当时的诗人正处在被压制、被误解、远离圣殿的处境中，心里充满忧闷，但他意识到真正的拯救不只是环境的转机，而是重新恢复与神那份祭坛上的亲密联结。At that time, the psalmist was under pressure, misunderstood, and far from the temple, with a heavy heart. Yet he realised that true rescue is not just about changed circumstances, but about restored closeness with God at the altar.

这句话也成了我生命中的提醒。当神把我原本所倚靠的人与事一一挪去，我起初会感到失落和无助。但就在这样的时刻，神轻声对我说：“你要走到我的祭坛，到你最喜乐的神这里。我会用我自己来替代你失去的一切。” This has also become a personal reminder for me. When God removes, one by one, the people and things I depend on, I initially feel loss and helplessness. But in those moments, God gently speaks: “Come to My altar, to your greatest joy—come to Me. I will replace everything you have lost with Myself.”我才渐渐明白，祂不是让我失去依靠，而是引导我回到真正的源头——祂要用祂自己，来填满我所有的空缺。I begin to see that He is not taking away my support, but leading me back to the true source—He wants to fill every gap in my life with Himself.

其次，是从“忧闷”向“最喜乐”的跨越。 诗人称神为“我最喜乐的神”。此时他的环境并未改变，他依然在流亡，仇敌依然在讥笑，但他发现了一个惊天的秘密：神本身就是喜乐的源头，而非神所赐的福分。Secondly, it is a shift from “heaviness” to “deepest joy.” The psalmist calls God “my exceeding joy.” His situation had not changed—he was still in exile, and his enemies were still mocking him—but he discovered something profound: God Himself is the source of joy, not just what He gives.当一个人真知道神是“最喜乐”的，地上的得失与名誉的毁誉，就再也不能夺走他灵魂深处的平安。When someone truly knows God as their deepest joy, the ups and downs of life and the opinions of others can no longer take away the peace within.

神不仅是我问题的解答，更是我内心喜乐的泉源。过去我常看自己、看环境，结果越看越灰心；但当我愿意转向神，圣灵就在我里面动工，把神的爱浇灌下来。那是一种从里面涌流出来的喜乐，不再受环境限制，而是因着祂的同在而真实存在。God is not only the answer to my problems, but the source of joy within me. In the past, I often focused on myself and my circumstances, and I became more discouraged. But when I turn to God, the Holy Spirit works within me, pouring His love into my heart. This joy rises from within—it is no longer dependent on circumstances, but comes from His presence.

最后，是从“哀求”向“称赞”的跨越。 “我要弹琴称赞你！”这是一种主动的、带着行动的敬拜。在哀鸣的黑夜里，诗人预备好了琴弦。这琴声不是等到了圣殿才弹响，而是在走向祭坛的每一步中，就已经在心里轰鸣。Finally, it is a shift from “pleading” to “praise.” “I will praise You with the harp!” This is a deliberate and active response of worship. Even in the night of sorrow, the psalmist has already prepared his instrument. The music does not wait until he reaches the temple—it is already sounding within him as he moves toward the altar.

这个选择教导我在任何光景中都选择敬拜。敬拜不只是情绪高昂时的回应，更是在低谷中的信心行动。当我愿意顺服神给的环境，在黑暗中主动与祂对焦，祂从未失信。This choice teaches me to worship in every situation. Worship is not just for when I feel uplifted, but a step of faith in difficult seasons. When I choose to submit to what God allows and focus on Him in the darkness, He has never failed me.回头看那些曾经让我不安的时刻，如今都成了我更深认识神的见证。我越来越确信，只要我愿意持续走向祭坛，放下主权，丧掉自己，答案和力量就必从祂而来。Looking back, those moments that once unsettled me have become testimonies of knowing Him more deeply. I am more and more convinced that as I continue to walk toward the altar, laying down control and letting go of myself, the answers and strength will come from Him.

亲爱的天父，谢谢你在我失去依靠、环境艰难的时候，没有离开我，反而呼唤我回到你的面前。求你继续吸引我的心，使我在每一个时刻都愿意走到你的祭坛，寻求你、仰望你。把从你而来的喜乐充满我，让我不再被环境左右，而是因你的同在而得坚固。Dear Heavenly Father, thank You that when I lost what I depended on and faced hardship, You did not leave me, but called me back to You. Please keep drawing my heart, so that in every moment I am willing to come to Your altar, to seek You and look to You. Fill me with Your joy, so that I am no longer shaped by circumstances, but strengthened by Your presence.主啊，求你坚固我的信心，使我在一切经历中看见你的信实与荣耀。愿我的一生能常常能在仇敌面前、黑暗、压力里赞美你，高举你。Lord, strengthen my faith, so that in every situation I may see Your faithfulness and glory. May my life continue to praise and lift You up—in the face of opposition, in darkness, and under pressure.愿我里面的阴霾在赞美中散去，让我因你的同在，而得着那胜过世界的、最深的喜乐。愿我用这喜乐的生命向世人宣告：你实在是我最喜乐的神！Let the darkness within me be driven away through praise, and let me receive the deep joy that overcomes the world through Your presence. May my life declare to the world: You truly are my greatest joy!
